He is survived by: his wife Levita Skaggs; his children, William Taylor Skaggs and Heather Marie Skaggs; his stepchildren, James Troy Rhodes, Travis Duane Rhodes and Lisa Harris; and his siblings, Danny Skaggs and Barbara Jean Smith. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
