He is survived by: his parents, James Alva Mincks and Sue Russell (Ince); his wife Janie Mincks; his children, Cody Mincks (Kelsey) of Diggins, Corey Mincks of Springfield, Jessica Zimmerman of Hartville, Cristin Zimmerman of Skyline and Cassie Mincks (Bert Munden) of Mansfield; his stepparents, Danny Russell of Seymour and Pauline Mincks of Fordland; and his siblings, Jimmy Mincks of Seymour, Jeff Mincks (Melissa) of Fordland, Lucas Russell of Seymour, Lee Russell of Seymour, Lisa Holladay (Brian) of Fordland and Angie Kelly (Jerry) of Pittsburg. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
