She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Alford and Pashia Belle Owens; her husband Robert Irvin Dickson; her sons, Tommy Lee Dickson and Gary Dickson; her siblings, Orville Owens (Emma), Edgar Owens (Mildred), Gene Owens (Loretta), Victoria Taylor (Thurman), Rosie Langley (Robert), Dorothy Cook (Eli) and Anna Mattison (Bertis); her sister-in-law Juanita Dickson; her children, Roy Dickson (Waneta) of Urbana, Missouri and Carolyn Medling of Springfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Shane Dickson (Shaunna) of Ava, Ethan Dickson of Kansas City, Anita Beck (Jim) of Spokane, Laura Jones (Michael Mullvaney) of Lebanon and Brent Medling (Bobbie) of Bois D'Arc, Missouri; her brother James 'Erskel Owens of Diggins, Missouri; and her brothers-in-law, Jack Dickson and Keith Dickson (Angie). She was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
