He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Edith Underwood (Love); his daughter Eula Marie Underwood (Randy); and his brothers, Floyd Underwood and John Underwood. He is survived by: his father Paul E., Sr.; his children, Jesse Underwood, Arthur Underwood (Becky) and Loura Harper (Mark); and his brothers, Paul Underwood and Ernie Underwood (Lois). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; lots of his children's friends who referred to him as "dad"; and many other family and friends.
