She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Graham and Inez M. Graham (Hollandsworth); her husband Herbert Allen Hoffman; her daughter Deborah Jean Hoffman; and her siblings, Robert Graham, Helen Prater and Isabell Sherwood.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Allen Hoffman (Sally) of Georgetown, TN and Donetta Hoffman of Springfield, MO; and her grandchildren, Tara Marie Ford (Sean) and Ashley Rae Cannatella (Robert).
