He is survived by: his wife Lori Keeling; his children, Courtney Vlasin (Lathan) of Seneca and Alex Cook (Brooklyn Friend) of Seneca; his granddaughter Tatum Vlasin; his parents, Greg Cook (Janie) of Seneca and Georgia Turner of Joplin; his sisters, Markie Rankin (David) of Leawood, Deanie Cook of Overland Park and Jamie Schauer (Ryan) of Seneca; his mother-in-law JoAnn Keeling of Seneca; and his brother-in-law Greg Keeling (BJ) of Joplin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
