He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Durbin and Elnora Elizabeth Durbin (McGehee); his spouse Mazie A. Montgomery; his son Michael Lacy; and his siblings, Elizabeth Kay Ashford, Danny Durbin, Sandra Testerman, Phyllis Deshasire and Mark Allen Durbin.
He is survived by: his children, Wendel Ray Durbin, Michelle R. Durbin and Tina Marie Durbin; his stepson Timothy Scott Lacy; and his siblings, Linda Whipkey, Glenda Atkinson, Karren Sanders, Harold Wayne Durbin and Dale Durbin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
