He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Herbert and Beulah Delores Wills (Masters); his former wife Geneva Rosalee Wills (Brown); his granddaughter Piper Spiva; and his son-in-law Jeff Spiva.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Wills (Teresa) of Wyandotte, OK, Tony Wills of Joplin, MO, Nancy Garrett (Chris) of Miami, OK and Diane Castle of Vancouver, WA; his stepchildren, Carl Risenhoover (Paula), Billy Risenhoover, Rick Risenhoover and Kim Holliday (Larry); and his siblings, Lyle, Bill, Deanie, Martha Ruth and Erma. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
