She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Rhinehart and Hazel N. Rhinehart (Yeager); her husband Bob Blaylock (Dub); her siblings, Dale Rhinehart, Robert Rhinehart, Bill Rhinehart, Helen Smith and Wilma Neal; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Rhinehart, Zula Rhinehart, Alvin Smith and Ed Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Blaylock (Tammy), Gayle Morris (Michael) of Seneca and Donna Brite (Bobby) of Seneca; her brother Jim Rhinehart; her grandchildren, Rachael Barbarick, Julynda Flores, Crystal Finley, Nathan Hilsebeck, Olivia Blaylock, Madison Blaylock and Chole Blaylock; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Emily, Skylar, Elijah, Ezekiel, Zoei, Landon, Paris, Jayden, Lore, Kenton, Kyler, Kristopher, Kalyn, Kade and Kelsi.
