He is survived by: his mother Peggy Hembree (Cook); his wife Marilyn Mahurin; his sons, Joseph Hembree (Melissa) and Ryan Fry (Brittani); his brothers, Jeffery Hembree (Regina), Brian Hembree and Jason Hembree (Billie); his grandchildren, Kaydence Fry, Brantley Fry, Brecken Fry, Bryson Fry and Jetta Hembree; and his siblings, Leon of Seneca, Geni Rinehart of Seneca, Tracy of Seneca and Kandi Smith of Seneca. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
