He is survived by: his wife Penny Edwards; his children, Jeffery Miller, Jr. (Hollie), Jesse Miller (Daniel) and Kevin Miller (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jeffery Miller, III, Faith Miller and Marshall Miller; and his siblings, Rocky Miller (Shawnda), Christina Myers (Carl), Laurie Miller and Chuck Smith (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
