He was predeceased by: his sister Jana Routledge; and his grandparents, Glen Routledge, Edith Routledge, John Cook, Ethel Cook and Wayne Routledge.
He is survived by: his spouse Kim Scotten; his children, Carrie Owen (Brannon) and Cory Routledge (Candy); his parents, Jack Sr and Floy Routledge Sr.; his husband Steve; his brother Jeff Routledge (Jennifer); and also, Cathy Cook (Bruce), Seneca, Sandra Durmeier, Joplin Routledge, Glenna Routledge and Duenweg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the American Lung Assoc. in care of the Mortuary.
