He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lacy Sr. and Ruby Lacy (Haye); and his wife Carolyn Louise McCollum-Berkey. He is survived by: his children, Lori Lacy of Palmer, AK, Jaqi Keith and Jack C. Lacy Jr.; and his stepdaughters, Margaret Tilson of Hesperia, CA and Patricia Fulgaro. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
