He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Green and Marjorie Green; his son Kenneth Scott Green; and his siblings, Glenda Schmidt and Larry Jo Green.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Middick (Ken) and Mike Green (Amanda); his grandchildren, Seth Green, Elijah Green, Noah Green, Stephen Middick, Tiffany Blair and Brandon Middick; and his siblings, Frank Green (Yvonne), Sherry Owens, Sue Owens (Roger) and Ronda Delaney. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
