He was predeceased by: his father Frank E. Skaggs; his brother Steve Skaggs; and his granddaughter Sativa Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Helen J. Skaggs (Conduff) of Seneca, MO; his sons, Brock Skaggs (Brynn) of Carthage, MO, Nathan Thomas of Pollock, LA, Jeremy Thomas (Brooke) of Neosho, MO, Shawn Thomas (Chantal) of Grove, OK and Joshua Thomas (Ashley) of Neosho, MO; his brother Mark Skaggs (Leah) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his sister-in-law Cindy Skaggs of Seneca, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell Biddlecome Funeral Home (1101 Cherokee Ave, Seneca, MO 64865). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Seneca First Baptist Church (904 Oneida St, Seneca, MO 64865).
