He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clark (Turner); and his children, David Clark (Charlene) of Freistatt, MO, Chad Clark (Angela) of Seneca, MO, Gayla Prewitt of Bolivar, MO and Tricia Potts (Terry) of Jerico Springs, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
