He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isaac Sample and Lucy Sample (Altom); his former wife Mary Francis Mungle; his wife Mary Sample of Senath; his children, Perry Sample (Belinda) of Senath and Karen Conrad (Mike) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; his sister Josie Bigham; and his grandchildren, Chris Conrad (Katie), Megan Mittrucker (Matt), Matt Sample (Jessica), Luke Sample, Eli Sample and Emma Sample.
