She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Jenkins and Rose Wheaton Jenkins; and her siblings, Dale Jenkins, Bennie Jenkins, Charles Jenkins, Rile Lee Jenkins and Darlene McKee.
She is survived by: her husband Larry West; her children, Josh Decker, Elizabeth Ramirez, Rose Mary Decker and April Reed; and her siblings, Jeffery Jenkins and Katie Jenkins. She is also survived by Several grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
