He was predeceased by: his parent Wilburn David; and his brother Richard Dickinson. He is survived by: his mother Rose Dickinson of Maryland Heights; his siblings, Byron Walker of Florissant, Allen Stanfill (Marieta) of Maryland Heights, Dale Stanfill (Sonja) of Leslie and Anita Ball (Steve) of O'Fallon, MO.; and his cousins, Bill Stanfill, Colt Stanfill and Caregiver. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
