He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Homer Small and Leyla Small (Woods); his former wife Sue McFall; his daughter Jessica "Susie" Small; and his siblings, Kenny Small, Ross Small, Pete Small, Homer Small and June Harris.
He is survived by: his sons, Byron Small (Pam) of Senath and Joe Small (Linda) of Englewood, Florida.; his brother Bill Small of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Landon Small (Katie), Luke Small (Colleen), Jodi Felker and Allen Small; his great grandchildren, Jas Small, Carson Small, Harvey Small, Piper Small, Coraline Felker, Lennon Felker, Connor Small and Nolan Small; and his wife Evelyn Small. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
