He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Gentry and Edith Gentry; his former wife Mollie Osburn Gentry; his son Edwin Lee Gentry; and his siblings, Lois West, Harold Gentry, Melvin Gentry, Brenda Moore and James Gentry.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Gentry; his children, Gerald and Carla Sue Shrum (Robby); his daughter-in-law Vicki Gentry of Senath, MO; his grandchildren, Monica Gentry, Tiffany Williams (Mike), Autumn Gentry, Gerald Gentry III (Susan), Brook Jackson (Matt), Kassie Harper (Brandon) and Madi Shrum; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Daniel, Kirsten, Chandler, Thatcher, Grayson, Olivia, Mollie Jo, Jasper, Jonah, Case, Ben and Henry.
The family request memorials may be made to the Senath Cemetery in memory of Gerald.
