He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Alice Kitchens; his parents, Bob Kitchens and Alcie Kitchens; his siblings, Lola Kitchens Rickman and Glenn Allen Kitchens; and his grandson Tommy Kitchens.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Kitchens (Susan) of Collierville, TN., David Kitchens (Angie) of Senath, MO. and Paula Kitchens of Kennett, MO.; his grandchildren, Tammy Berry (Robert) of Jonesboro, AR., April Pierce (Doug) of Jonesboro, AR., Terra Van Andel (Adam Baldwin) of Long Beach, CA., Darren Bruce (Lacey) of Olmstead, IL. and Ashley Ziegler (Matt) of Lake City, AR.; his great grandchildren, Cathryn Hays (Nick) of Memphis, TN., Alex Berry of Jonesboro, AR., Camryn of Jonesboro, AR., Lane Pierce of Jonesboro, AR., Kate Tyler, Lauren Van Andel of Long Beach, CA., Kenzie, Kody Bruce of Olmstead, IL. and Hattie Ziegler of Lake City, AR.; his sister Debbie Kirby (Barry) of Monette, AR.; and his close friend Sue Loar of Paragould, AR..
