He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil "Doc" and Clara Lewis (Dean); his wife Etta "Crickett" Skaggs; his daughter Theresa Winchester; and his granddaughter Abby Barr.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Rivera (Daniel) of Arbyrd, Missouri.; and his siblings, Douglas "Dutchie" Lewis, Sr. (Linda), V. W. Lewis of Heber Springs, Arkansas., Shirley Barylski (Jim) of St. Louis, Missouri., Virgil William Lewis, Bobby Joe Lewis, Dorothy Barton, Louise Bennett and Ann Cook. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
