He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Evans and Rosetta Evans (Baker). He is survived by: his sons, Tim Evans (Terrissa) of Seligman and David Evans (Tanya) of Gateway; and his brothers, Roger Evans of Seligman and Robert Evans of Russellville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
