She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee and Dovie Pearl Oxford (Evans); her husband Arvin "Termite" Frank; her siblings, Mavis Lynch, Hessie Fields, Annis Cranford, Dale Oxford and Robert Dallas Oxford; her great grandchild Bryce Allan Cooper; her sons-in-law, Kenneth McCool, Fred Bradshaw and Larry Gundel; her sister-in-law Rebecca Rogers; and also Fredie Oxford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Bradshaw of Forum, Leisa Hackett (John) of McDonald County, Tawnya Gundel of McDonald County and Melanie Gundel (Dennis) of McDonald County; and her grandchildren, April Fritz, Andrew Gundel, Samuel Gundel, Clarence Gundel, Katie Ruth Cooper, Samantha Gundel and Thomas Gundel. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Avoca, Arkansas and entrusted to White Funeral home and Crematory.
