He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Will Mathis and Grace Mathis (McVey); his wife Betty Mathis of Seligman; his daughters, Joanna Eisler (Bill) of Pony and LeEtta Lange (James) of Garfield, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Leanna Osborne and James Lange; his great grandchild Ellie Osborne; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Ann Eaton of Texarkana and James Robert Gray of Ingleside.
