He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Harold and Stella Guyll Johnson; his sons, Timothy and Harold Johnson; and his siblings, Charles, Floyd, Larry Johnson and Josephine Hamby.
He is survived by: his wife Goldie; his children, Ricky, Eddie, Roy Johnson, Debria Reed, Teresa Williams, Diana Elders and Kathy Hedden; and his siblings, Don, David Johnson and Linda Dorey. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, fifty-three great grandchildren and over fourteen great-great grandchildren.
