He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Elva Capehart August; and his children, Sheila Cunningham of Seligman, Howard Cunningham of Seligman, Tammy Clark of Quapaw, James Cunningham of Bentonville and Sheryl Moore of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
