He is survived by: his father Alfred Cannady; his children, Curtis Cannady of Rocky Comfort, Jeremy Cannady (Candice) of Plano, Texas, Tiffany Cannady of New Orleans and Amanda Cannady of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; and his brothers, Cecil Cannady (Tammy) of Seligman and Gary Cannady (Marie) of West Fork. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
