Geoffrey F. Lay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geoffrey F. Lay of Seligman, Missouri, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 21, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Lay and Ruth Lay (Bruton); and his brother Dale Allen Lay. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Slaughter of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Gabriel Slaughter, Raylea Ruth and Aubree Ann Johnson of Seligman; his sister Deborah Lay of Seligman, Missouri; his son-in-law Josh Slaughter of Seligman, Missouri; his nieces, Shannon Duncan of Pineville and Tara Green (Casey) of Eagle Rock, Missouri; and his nephew Nathaniel Murray. He is also survived by two great nieces and seven great nephews.
Contributions may be made to the Building Fund of Mission Baptist Church in memory of Jeff Lay.
