He is survived by: his wife Ayres Payne; his children, Kelly Payne (Yvonne) of Seligman and Annett McAbee (Kevin) of Hindsville, Arkansas; his grandson Anthony Wiltgen of Rogers; and his siblings, Janie Rice of Dadeville, AL, Jessie McIver (Willie) of Avoca, AR and James Payne (Becky) of Camp Hill, AL. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
