He is survived by: his children, Charlie Spence (Missy) of Springdale, Sherry Gundel (Barry) of Washburn and Herb O'Haver (Manuela) of White Horse, Canada; and his brother George Spence (Helen) of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
