He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Samuel "Sam" Sullivan and Donna Clark Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Garrison of Marshall, Debbie Everage (Walter) of Raymore and Ben Sullivan (Liz) of Sedalia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
