He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Leach and Ethel Leach (Bradley); his siblings, Dori McCray Leach, June Smith, Pauletta Williams, Rosetta Huffmon, John Leach, Kenneth Leach and Glen Leach; and his brothers-in-law, Gary McCray and Jerry Huffmon.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Leach and Phil Leach; his stepsons, Brandon Blackwell, Ryan Blackwell and Erik Blackwell; his siblings, Herbert Leach, Teresa Larkins (Ben), Cynthia Harmon and Sherry Meier (Marty); his siblings-in-law, Donnie Smith, Hazel Leach and Denise Leach; and his grandchildren, Emma Jean Leach, Audrey LeAnn Wittrock, Lylah Lucille Leach, Eli Blackwell, Evvie Blackwell, Fraya Leach, Knox Leach, Braelyn Leach and Madison Leach.
