He was predeceased by: his son Thomas E. Owens. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Owens; his children, Timothy Owens and Tricia Owens-Wirtz; his grandchildren, Amber, Jake, Jessica, Josh, Zachary and Erica; and his sister Nina Lomely-Baker. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
