She is survived by: her mother Mary Francis Heavner (Canida); her children, Ashley Ann Smith Wyatt, Shelly Lynn Smith (Tara), Meagan Nicole Smith Sutterby (Jay), Mallorie Danielle Smith Monteer and Joshua Daniel Smith; her sister Karen Jean Heavner Carr (Don); and her grandchildren, Karmyn Smith, Kyliegh Wilkerson, Jaycee Wilkerson, Gunner Wilkerson, Mason Morton, Daniel Monteer, Jaidyn Sutterby, Carter Sutterby, Jayson Sutterby and Kase Day.
