She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Justin Smalley and Dorothy "Tobie" Lucille Smalley (Pence); her husband Ray Leroy Williams; and her grandson Andrew Beyer. She is survived by: her children, Ray Lee Williams of Holt, MO and Tobie Beyer (Don) of Cole Camp; her grandson Alex Beyer; and her brothers, Gerald Smalley, Jr. of Lawson, MO and Rob Smalley (Lisa) of Lawson, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
