It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell E. Harvey of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Goldie Marie Haase (Steward-Harvey); his siblings, Kathy Ballard and Ronald "Pud" Harvey; his niece Riley Garrigus; and his nephew Robert Kugler.

He is survived by: his father Robert Haase; his wife Angela S. Garrigus; his children, Kaleb Harvey (Kassy) of Tipton, Cody Harvey of Sedalia, Kristopher "Matt" Harvey of Sedalia, Russell Harvey II (Alicia) of Stillwater, OK, Michael Harvey of Stillwater, OK and Hilary Jo Gentry (Adam) of Gulf Shores, AL; and his siblings, Gary Ballard (Pam) of Sedalia, Cheryl Furnell (Jerry) of Lee's Summit, MO and Charlene Randall of Hudson, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sedalia Animal Shelter or Bothwell Cancer Center in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
