It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy E. Paxton Sr. of Sedalia, Missouri, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roy E. Paxton Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred F. Paxton and Jewel Paxton (Woolery); his wife Glenda Lee Walker; and his siblings, Jimmy Paxton, Robert Milton Paxton, John Thomas Paxton, Paul Edward Paxton, William Alfred Paxton, David Lee Paxton, Emma Kathrine Davis and Frances Louise Jones.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy Paxton, Jr. (Janice) of Sedalia, Randy Lee Paxton (Jinny) of Hopewell, VA and Raymond Dean Paxton (Nichole) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his siblings, Larry Paxton of Sedalia and Helen Brand of Pilot Grove, MO.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
