He is survived by: his wife Patty Stark; his sons, Shane Mitchell (Christy) of Sedalia and Caleb Mitchell (Candice) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Robert C., Audrey A., Meaghan S., Arthur C. Mitchell and Bailey M. Burr; his brother Russ Mitchell (Donna) of Houstonia; and the mother of his children Patty Norman (Noel) of Nelson.
