We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2024, at the age of 81, Phyllis Jean Fisher of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Marshall, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ballew and Betty Louise Bacon Drake; her husband Chester Eugene "Gene" Fisher; her son Marvin Wesley "Wes" Witcher Jr.; and her sister Karen Gale "Kate" Land.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Taylor Witcher of Marshall and Haley Achelpohl (Matthew) of Waukesha, WI; her daughter-in-law Sheri Witcher of St. Charles; her siblings, Brenda Persinger of Liberty, Steve Drake of Glasgow, Richard Drake of Marshall and Mary Mikle of Marshall; her former husband Marvin Witcher of Marshall; and her pet Tom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
