He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Hoy Swihart and Beverly Maxine Swihart (Richards); his children, Sarah Elizabeth (Swihart), Eric Fredrickson of Sedalia, MO, Monica Sue (Swihart), Steve Shrawder of Prairie Village, KS, Samuel Christopher Phillip Swihart and Emily Anne of Laquey, MO; his grandchildren, Katelyn Jo, Koleman Marcus, Kason Xavier Fredrickson, Mark William, Maximus Christopher Mallory and Samuel Hayden Kuhlman-Swihart; and his siblings, Charles Edward Swihart, Debra Catherine (Swihart), Leslie Jobe, Tamara Ann Scaramuzzo (Swihart), Pamela Sue Swihart, Scott Andrew, Julie Swihart, Kevin Patrick, Brenda Swihart, Kurt Phillip, Joyce Swihart, Sandra Diane (Swihart), Frank Zanaboni, Sara Denise (Swihart), Jeffery Cantrell, Steven Trent and Joanne Richards.
