She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Couchman Sr. and Dorothy A. Couchman (Walters); and her siblings, Charles Richard Couchman, Elizabeth Bacon (Becky) and Linda Willis.
She is survived by: her sons, Eric Wolfe (Crystal) of Warsaw and Keith Wolfe (Tiffany) of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Tommy, Matt, Tyler, Tayler, Kya and Terri Lynn; and her siblings, Sonia Daniels, Tammy Havard, Lisa Carter and Martin Couchman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
