He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Paul Foster and Helen Marie Foster (Kelling); his siblings, Eugene "Gene" C. Hazelhorst, Farrell A. Hazelhorst, Thomas "Tom" Hazelhorst, Karen K. Hazelhorst Porter and Carole Jean Ecoppi Witzig; his brother-in-law Joseph C. Witzig, Jr.; and his grandparents, Turner and Mary Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lynndel Langan; his daughter Lindi Lynndel Foster; his sisters, Mary Foster Pohl (Floyd), Sue Foster (Dean Gaylord) and Renee Conrad (John); and his cousins, Heather Hughes, Emily Nicholson, Ronette Schulte, Russell Porter, Meritt Samson and Shaun Porter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301).
