She was predeceased by: her parents, David Goodwin and Dorothy Goodwin (Powell); her spouse Adolphus Butler; and her daughter Denise Dabney. She is survived by: her sons, Adolphus Butler, Jr. (Margaret) of White Plains, NY and Rodney Butler (DaLissa) of Sedalia; her brother Donald Goodwin of Knob Noster; and her son-in-law Tony Dabney of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services (903 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Pentecostal Church (2805 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3306 Greenridge Rd, Sedalia, MO 65301).
