He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Edna Kreisel and Davis; and his siblings, Donald "Chris" Kreisel, Raymond "Hank" Kreisel, Marvin "Speed" Kreisel, Jim "Hobo" Kreisel, Betty Balke, Iva Mae Scott and Patsy Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jo Slocum of Sedalia; his children, Scott Kreisel (Sara) of Overland Park, KS, Matt Kreisel (Erin) of Lee's Summit, MO, Patrick Kreisel of Warsaw, MO and Leslie Mace of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ryan, Owen, Jackson, Kylan, Caden, Tyler and Sierra; his siblings-in-law, Shelley Slocum of Sedalia and Jack Slocum (Julie) of Sedalia; and his siblings, Wilford "Punk" Kreisel of Lee's Summit, John Darrel "Buck" Kreisel of Warsaw, Mike Kreisel (Pat) of Lincoln and Carol Bishop of Branson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM and from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Lincoln High School Athletics Association, Meals on Wheels in Sedalia, or to a charity of the donor's choice in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
