He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafayette Henry and Josephine Bohling (Shepherd); his wife Norma Diane Baker; his stepson Michael Barnes; and his sisters, Doris Dawn Shook, Theda Jo Mitchell, Eleanor Gail Trent and Phyllis Ann Lindenmeyer.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Lemos of Toledo, OH; his stepsons, Ken Barnes (Amy) and Chris Barnes (Sharon); his stepdaughter-in-law Toni Barnes; his sister-in-law Elaine Ramsey; his grandson David McGovern; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Thomlinson (George) and Jenni Ramey (Bob) of Sedalia.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Sedalia Animal Shelter in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
