She is survived by: her sons, James J. Leftwich of Palo Alto, CA and Jeffrey L. Leftwich (Monica) of Centertown, MO; her grandchildren, Derek Leftwich (Michelle) of Olathe, KS and Dr. Shawna Leftwich; her great grandchildren, Nolan Leftwich and Nora Leftwich; and her brother Jim Harvey of Oklahoma City, OK..
