He was predeceased by: his father William Gibson; and his uncle Marvin Gibson. He is survived by: his mother Hisae Gibson; his wife Sandra Gayelene Butler; his daughter Stephanie Pulupa (Patrick); his grandchildren, Olivia and Benjamin; his siblings, Norman Gibson (Jenny), Lyndon Gibson and Cheryl Gibson (Paul Cuddy); his stepchildren, Robin Butler, D. J. Butler (Brenda) and Austin Butler (Yunior Martinez); and his stepgrandchildren, Olivia, Lauren, Kash Butler and Harrison Cover. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
