Kamphefner; her children, Anita Mannino of Michigan, Samantha Mannino of Michigan, Michael Mannino of Michigan, Nicole Young of Iowa and Natalie Mannino of Michigan; her stepdaughter Sara Klett-Kamphefner of Maine; her granddaughter Emry; and her siblings, Laura Cleveland of Michigan, Stephen Smith of Michigan, Anne Addesso of Michigan, Michael Smith of Michigan and Jennifer Chigas of Michigan.
